  My visit to this location today reminded me that "excellent customer service" does makes a difference. The person who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly and polite... Which I greatly appreciate. Therefore, I have edited my rating to 4 stars

  Edit we got a quick response and someone upper in the bank called and they apologized and tried to make things right. My father passed away and I'm trying to close his accounts with my sisters. Due to their wait times and incorrect information told to me by the bank officer I had to run back and forth from a notary so I've wasted hours and money.

  This has been by far the worst experience with a financial service institution. Not necessarily this particular branch, but the company as a whole. I spent a week calling this company trying to make a payment. Every time I called, several times a day, they were always busy. Their recording said to leave a message and someone would return my call, no one did. After week, I decided to send a payment through my bank, but they don't accept electronics payments. They didn't receive my payment, and repossessed my car. I had to go through hell and back with this people. Stay away from this people. Unethical business practices.

  Didn't explain clearly that new accounts are on hold for 30 days. Basically ended up taking over $1400 from me and "couldn't do anything about it" afterwards. Not the fault of the workers, but that's pretty terrible. Do not recommend.

  I've been banking with LA financial credit Union for 4 years now I've never had no problems anything that I need they're there to answer my questions and make things clear the branch is right by my house so it's very convenient if I ever need to go in their customer service their customer service is great

  Since 1995! By the way...members only one star dude...lol... Always there for me! I only finance my cars through them and always say yes to personal loans!

  I started an account this year in January, best service ever. I'm so pleased with the customer service the quickness of going in and out.

  I WENT THERE BY MISTAKE THE BANK TELLER WAS RUDE OLD LADY DID NOT EVEN GREET ME AM GLAD I DON’T HAVE ACCOUNT THERE!!! NEED TO TRAIN THERE EMPLOYEES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SORRY I SAID OLD LADY. GOOD LUCK
