  I worked with Kyle in 2013 as a first time home buyer and I was very impressed with his command of the mortgage business and how he was able to communicate with me in layman's terms through each step of the process. He took the time to educate me regarding the various types of loans that I could utilize, how each option would translate financially for me both short and long term, and he advised me appropriately based on my needs and my goals. In the end, the best option for me was a proprietary loan/product offered through a specific bank that he didn't have access to, yet he advised me to take advantage of it despite the fact that he would lose the business. For me, that expressed a level of integrity and care that isn't found often, and as a result he is still the main person I recommend for any level of mortgage related service that you may need. If you're in the market for a mortgage, whether it be a refinance or a new loan, I highly recommend that you give Kyle a call. You won't be disappointed.
