Went in with my son to open his first checking account, and my only complaint is that we had to wait for about ten minutes to begin the process when we were the only customers at the branch. Otherwise, the employees were very helpful and made everything easy for the two of us to understand.

They seem disorganized and do not follow through on customer comitments in a timely manner. Would not recommend.
