  The company that I work for banks with Kleberg Bank and every visit is great! Every time I walk in I’m always greeted and others are too, whether it’s a slow day or a busy day a team member always manages to greet the customer. Anytime I have a question or an issue they always find a solution. All team members are always friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommending Kleberg Bank to anyone opening a new account or switching banks.

  These are the most impolite employees it is so unpleasant to stand at a counter and have the teller ignore you and have two other employees stand(one sitting behind the teller just starring at me) next to the teller that's already being rude making me a new Debit card. Ugh please excuse the typing errors I'm just very upset with this bank situation it's always unsettling at this bank location in Kingsville. Just another couple months with Kleberg and we will have another bank. ****FYI it's ok to communicate with your customers***after all it is our money that's in your bank that's keeping you employed

  I love being a customer of Kleberg Bank! They quickly notified me when my debt card was hacked and canceled my hard and gave me a new one. The staff are always so friendly when I go into the lobby or as well as over the phone! I definitely recommend having an account with Kleberg bank!

  The ladies are all smiling and very nice when I visit this branch. They were very knowlegable and helpful when I was having problems with the online service. Not there fault I'm an old man and not real computer literate

  Went to pay off my car April 16th and they gave me the balance and not the pay off, so a month later on May 21 luckily I checked and had to go back and pay the $12 that I owed still!! Bad service both times I went and I lost 5 weeks of my GAP insurance since I paid off my vehicle early and that process takes 6-8 and they put me behind 5 and never once did anything besides say “sorry”! Never will get my money again.

  Downtown team just helped me after I hadn’t been there in what must have been a year...it was like Cheers and everyone knew my name!! Top notch place for your hygienic banking needs! If there were 6 stars to give, they’d have all of them!

  I went in to cash a check here. Across the street from post office. 2 lady tellers. 1 young full of life, talking away whole conversation with a lady rummaging through her mail. I stayed in line 15 minutes alone. No 1 behind me. And i had to wait for the 2nd teller to finish her transaction, so I could be assisted. 2nd teller was a woman. She helped me. As I finished up. That young lady full of life, stayed talking and didnt do her job.. Thanks kleberg bank for not paying attention to the lousy employees. 1 teller doing the job of 2. Not fair.

  Very horrible service at the main kleberg bank across the post office in Kingsville, me and my husband tried going in there to fix and resolve a very horrible sticky situation with our account and all the lady kept doing was repeating herself, we told her many times we don’t really understand and that all that negative information was wrong, and instead of her HELPING us understand better, and understanding us, she would just repeat herself and LAUGHED AT OUR FACES, it was HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING! My husband and i just walked away and walked out and now she is threatening us on reporting us to credit bureau and closing our account. Which we are fine with because we can find a BETTER BANK. She also Then laughed at us again when leaving saying OUTLOUD IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, her reporting us to the bureau would make our credit score go down continuously laughing at us. How rude, pathetic, and sorry that lady was at that bank.
