  It's a good place to cash a check if you don't have a bank account. But I suggest you open a bank account. Together credit union it's only five dollars to start a account. The only draw back is the people standing outside the building. They need s Security guard on duty...

  This place is a lifesaver!! The only place in the St Louis area with 24hour Western Union. And the woman who was there was so polite, professional and even friendly. It's so nice to go somewhere in the middle of the nivjt

  The lady there was so rude she basically charge me for getting someone's but couldn't show me the rule where it says I get charged and then told me when I come back she won't service me this is very unacceptable from a business-to-business point of view if you saw me in uniform something should be done about this is she pocketing the money or what????

  I don't care what all these people are b@#%&ing about. I think this place is awesome. When you need to pick up a money gram @ 3am, you'll find out that this is the only place that's open. I've never had any issues or problems with the employees or policies. Long wait time is the only thing bad about the place. But come on...are you really that important to not be able to wait in line? THIS PLACE ROCKS!

  I went their with currency to be exchanged from Europe. The cashier told me that's not what they do,and to add insult they would not take money off my card instead they pointed me out to the atm. That was broken ,well they claimed it works even tho the screen was messed up.I couldn't even help the hungry man that I promised I would help when I came back out That made me feel awful good luck with that if you plan on going.They made me feel awful and look bad their.Never again.

  Solid place that gets you In & Out. You can wire money, cash checks, pay bills. But beware outside. Jackboys are present. I know a woman who mother was robbed in daylight for her stimulus. I don't advise any woman to go by themselves.

  Always professional. Even when obviously overwhelmed, staff still remains thorough and pleasant. Lines can be a bit long but that is expected.

  Horrible customer service went in yesterday to cash my check the worker had the audacity to get snippy with me because I said I wouldn’t come back tomorrow to try to cash my check because according to her it was against policy but for some reason she said that if I come tomorrow the manager could do it so you’re basically saying the manager will go against policy or you were lying about the job number coming up as a cell phone literally after me telling her I just got fired the day before wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location bad attitudes and long waits just to go and outside for people to beg for your money everyone should go to the grand location instead
