  The staff here is great! They are a great team and they are so helpful! I always try to bring my daughter (2 years old) when I come in because she is so loved there! She always gets hugs, kisses, and a piece of candy from the staff. Thanks so much for being so awesome, guys! :)

  Barbra Hopkins has treated me like gold since I began banking with her years ago. She has helped me when I know other banks would be too busy, she's even saved me thousands of dollars. Barbra always has a genuine smile and time to listen. She can actually help you too; unlike many local banks I've "quit". Kudos B!!!! Ps. my kids love her too- and they're a tough crowd! The other ladies are lovely as well

  Kelly Worley at the Kinecta Federal Credit Union branch in Hermosa Beach is an exceptional manager that always goes above and beyond to make sure their members are taken care of. The staff here is exceptional as well.

  I used my card at a sketchy place. I got nervous about my identity protection. Came to this branch and they printed me a new card right away and destroyed the old one. The whole thing took 5 minutes and I feel relieved. Thank you.

  They close at 2 not 3 on saturdays :/ I tried to deposit my check and they were closed
