  Darius did an amazing job! He made it happen! Even with rising interest rates, Darius was able to lock us in at a competitive interest rate for a 30 year mortgage! I highly highly recommend him!!

  I gone through this company twice and both times with Darius and Fay. My family and I couldn’t be happier we feel lucky and blessed to have met Darius.   This review is long overdue. I have been so busy with the move but I knew I had to let everyone know how awesome my experience was with Darius and his team. Darius had me pre-approved almost instantly. I couldn’t believe how fast I got my pre-approval. I remember being so excited because it was a Friday and I was able to go shopping over the weekend. As soon as I found the home that I wanted to make an offer on and then have my offer accepted, time flew and it was a roller coaster. The loan that I was getting was a tough one. I know that Kind Home Loan had to go through so much to make this happen for me and my family. I am just so thankful to Darius for always answering my texts and calls. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident that all will be okay. I’d definitely recommend Kind Home Loans to all my friends and family.

  The WORST experience ever!!! I gave them a 1-star because they did the work and closed escrow for me, even though I tried to pull out on the deal with them. And please note I NEVER write reviews but I do want to help all those out there who are looking for a mortgage/lender company. If you HATE communication, like tons of mistakes, like false promises, lies, like to be ignored and like to chase people down, then maybe this is for you! They entire team was very unprofessional. Fay and Darius would never call me back. I'd get texts here and there from Darius but only because my agent was on him. There is nothing Kind about them, and they should probably change their name to Nightmare Home Loans! I hope I NEVER have to go through this experience ever. SO save yourself the grief and find someone who is going to give you the best high class experience!

  Darius was awesome to work with! As a first time home buyer, he walked through all of my questions, put me at ease when there were concerns and took the time to be thorough knowing that this market was insane! Buying a home during this housing market is no easy feat and Darius definitely made the process much better than it could have been. From his knowledge of the industry, to the steps that would occur in the process to even strategizing on how to present offers, Darius was able to provide insight into all of that. Would definitely work with Darius again!

  Oh My! I don’t know how to begin to express my absolute gratitude to Darius and Fay at Kind home loans! I remember the first time I spoke to Darius, he made me feel comfortable and assured of this home loan process. They are really deserving of the company’s name as they were actually and truly KIND towards my family and I. Did I mention how KIND and DILIGENT they were with our process?   Darius is probably the most honest and knowledgeable person in the loan industry. He took the time to explain not only the loan process, but everything else related to our first home purchase. I used my VA loan and couldn’t be happier with kind home loans. I’m having a hard time believing that the negative reviews on here are real. All you need to do is talk to Darius and you’ll quickly realize you’re in good hands.
