  I've been at Key bank today to open a bank account and I was serviced by an amazing lady Tasha Myers. I could have not expect any better service. She was polite and extremely professional. She answered to all my questions with high attention and patience. Overall, I was happy by her service. Keep up the good work Tasha Myers!!!

  The Teller at this Keybank was Absolutely pleasant. There were about to close soon so I was rushing she said take your time . Which made me feel good I didn't lose anything by rushing . 5⭐s

  I would leave ZERO Stars if I could. Terrible bank, terrible policies, terrible customer service. No one knows or cares about anything. I paid off my loan 5 years early simply to never deal with them again. Sadly, they failed to properly close my bank and it took endless amounts of emails, phone calls to actual close the account. First Niagra which Key Bank bought was a great bank. Key Bank, however, is a terrible bank. I recommend you avoid at all costs.

  Local Bank is great it's corporate that is the problem. I opened an account to get a bonus and Key Bank refused to pay.
