  I would give them 0 stars but it won't allow me to this is the worst bank to ever bank app Clear the check of mine and then took it back and made my account overdraw and charged me a $100 for no reason

  Wonderful service. I called to ask for statements from my mother's account (she's entering a nursing home, and we need to provide 5 year look-back info), and the staff at First Niagara immediately printed them all out and put them into the mail at no charge! By contrast, a similar request made to Key Bank for another account has resulted in delays and a $360 charge. Avoid Key Bank and do your business here.

  Always takes a very long time to get waited on at window waited 20 minutes and only one car ahead of me. And parking in front empty. Always a long wait. And do t like not having the big window 😟

  A lot of people are not happy with the switch. However, it's been smooth sailing for me and the tellers are very friendly.
