  Another poor experience. As a business owner I deposit several times per week. They do not like loose bills now. Want me to bind bills before coming to deposit.... even though they must run the bills through the bill counting machine. They find a reason to be put off for one reason or another. Go to East Hartford Key bank for exceptional service.. not here!

  KEY BANK EAST WINDSOR: Is by far the worst bank in the USA. Very rude people. They make you sit in the waiting lobby waiting way past the time you made your appt for. Tellers look at you rudely. When I make an appt online they tell you that “we don’t receive” the notification that you made an appt which is a lie because it’s on their site. Everytime I call about a fee or fees they never seem to make the effort to reach back out. Sucks

  Horrible customer service and they require you to sell show a Social Security card when cashing a check out to cash. Very rude customer service and will never use this bank ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank.

  Always rude. The rudest tellers u will ever meet- but this review is for the East Windsor location. Most of the other key banks are nice
