      My Mother In Law has been going through some hard times since the recent passing of her Husband. Key Bank helped us considerably today. Dori notarized some documents for her and Michael Moran started the process of rolling over her IRA to Key Bank. In times like these, it is so nice to receive the service and courtesy that we received today. These are the type of people we are proud to do business with! Thank you! You have no idea how much I appreciate you!!

      I have always been happy going to this bank. I have been coming here for about 23 years. Going through the drive thru it has been more difficult than normal but still very happy. I hope on the weekend the branch will open inside sometime.

      Called ahead and they said I could get a cahsiers check in the drive thru. Once there, they said I had to come inside... The first location had a power surge and had me wait 15 mins before stating their system still was not up. Both the Meridian and Greenwood locations have failed at any sense of customer service to their customers.

      Absolutely the best place to bank. Great customer service, knowledgeable banking staff, great savings rates, easy to use app and they offer highly secure ATMs that prevent card skimming. Bonus! Stop in and and see for yourself. Tell them Phil sent you.

      Imagine my disappointment of being so excited after winning a decent prize from the Hoosier Lottery only to have KeyBank deny me the ability to cash my payout all because I did not have a secondary ID that was acceptable to them. After calling four different branches I got the same terrible customer service from each one, after explaining that I'm not from the area and the closest branch from me is nearly two hours away and it is really frustrating to have to drive two hours back home two get something that they will accept and then another 2 hour drive back to cash the check, that I had my state-issued valid driver's license and AAA card with my name on it also valid. Those are all I had with me but I also had a friend who made the drive with me who is willing to present her identification and acceptable second form mine. Catherine Placed on a lengthy hold I received similar answers from all four that they would not help me but I could call another branch even further from my location and tell my story to them and they may be more willing. After the 4th branch just gave up and drove home. I'm very grateful that I do not have to deal with such terrible customer service from banks in my area I reviews to give them the satisfaction of making me drive all the way back and if I ever happen to win again I will not even waste my time dealing with these rude people.

      I come here once or twice a month. The staff is beyond friendly to me. I've never had one issue with any of my banking services. Really a great bank. Would definitely recommend!

      I came last month to open a NEW account and this lady Mary said i needed i.d. i brought that. I Never knew I needed a picture id from my job that i just started since I just moved here Very rude and why is this necessary?

      These very HIGH AND EXCESSIVE FEE'S ARE RAPID AND OVERKILL. CLOSED ACCOUNT DUE TO SUPER FEE AFTER FEE.... I'm glad it's over.
