  Worst banking service. Almost 4 weeks and still haven’t received our business debit card. Talking to banking specialists and 800 number members for the past few weeks haven’t resolved anything. Then being charged for rush fees which they said they will credit back...I mean we’ve never dealt with a bank this is unprofessional. Only picked this Bank because it was conveniently close to our business but now experience the most inconvenience. Glad we didn’t sigh up with their merchant services for our multiple locations. What a DISASTER!!!! Oh they are really good at apologizing for the inconvenience FYI.

  Sat in drive thru while telletvalenm9 had 10 minute conversation with person at other drive thru, even honked horn and she still kept on chatting, very un perfessional
