Keri Moya1This is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with! I sold my car to an individual on May 20th. Key Bank informed me the load was funded. It is now June 22nd and I still have not received payment on the vehicle. Every time there is a different excuse or department that we are waiting for to fund the money. Each week I have been told 3-5 more days. This has been the most unpleasant experience, EVER !

Crystel Jukes5Everyone is so friendly, they work so hard to help everyone as fast as they can while not making you feel rushed. Clint especially has been so helpful with applying for a loan and he makes sure to say hi everytime I come in. Fantastic customer service!!!

Bob Atwood5I have been banking here over 40 years. I have been through several bank managers and everyone of them have been exceptional. They have helped me solve problems, gone out of the way to deal with my questions and have been everything I would expect from a first class bank. I think customers are more likely to post their complaints, then they are to thank the bank for great service.

Edward Redd5The people at this bank are awesome. They are polite and friendly and have been very helpful in resolving some complex financial questions that I faced. I view some of the negative posts on this site with signficant skepticism.

Liz Kennard Butcher1Worst bank on the planet. And I don't bank here. I make deposits for an associate. They are lost every other time. Part of the money is deposited (not because of a hold) and then a random hundred bucks is found a couple days later. HOW does a bank loose money? Their hours show that they are a full service bank on Saturdays and it is only drive up. 90% of what they do cannot be done through the drive up. Plus they charge a fee. Ridiculous. Employees, especially bank manager is RUDE.

Joshua Johnson (TetriTek)1Even if you have money in your account, they won't let you use any of it, which makes absolutely no sense. For some reason they hold onto they money for days at a time with no actual reason to do so. We switched away from them because they have absolutely no idea what customer service is, and their policies are outrageous.
