I moved to CT 2 years ago and came here to open an account when it was First Niagara...They have always been so helpful and friendly and now I think of them as family. The team is always willing to answer questions and help anyway they can. I never wait long!! Love them to death! Highly recommend.

Davida Clarke1This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever gone to. I visited the bank on two separate occasions and the same employee Amy was beyond rude. The first encounter I didn’t report, however the second time the way she treated me was beyond repulsive I reached out to the branch manager and have yet to receive a response. Will be reaching out to someone higher ASAP . This woman is beyond racist and needs to be retrained on customer service.
