  Opened an account almost a month ago and still waiting on debit cards. They placed a hold on our account until they received a verification document from us but did not tell us. Instead they kept telling us that our debit cards were on their way to us. Still trying to sort it out. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Terrible online and app banking. The balance is always off by a few days and there's not much detail. I don't know how they're still in business. We'll be switching to another bank.

  Very sour bank teller. Treated me with coldness and acted like I was unwelcomed for trying to cash a check. I have no account with them but the check was from someone who did.

  Don't understand the single star.. This place actually is pretty good in structure. GOOD customer service, doesn't mush around gets right to the point. Pretty good for sure. And I just visited it.
