Chelsey Alvarado1Terrible customer service. My husband called Key bank today to try to get an error fixed from a bank account that they bought from a previous bank. They gave my husband the run around. They transferred him 4 times, made him wait on hold for over an hour and finally came back to tell him no one there could help him. They acted like something like this has never happened before. Terrible customer service, they will put you on hold forever and not help you solve any problems or even give you direction on how to fix a problem. A garbage bank. Beware go somewhere else where customers are actually put first. If they bother to help my husband I will change my review but this stands because it’s happened twice thus far with zero help. I’m assuming they just kept transferring him or putting him on hold just so they could get him to hang up and they wouldn’t have to bother helping him.

Matteo2This branch was a great bank until they all combined with first niagara. Now i literally have to wait 15 minutes to cash a check and doesnt matter what time a day i go either they are always packed. 👎👎
