  Kevin was amazing to work with throughout the entire process of buying and selling our homes. He was very on top of communicating with us when and always answered every question we had in a very timely manner. Although he’s got a job to do he was very personable and friendly each time we spoke with him. His wife makes some very awesome gift baskets as well. I would highly recommend to work with Kevin and if we do any stuff with our new home in the future we will definitely be working with him again.

  We just purchased our first home, crossing state lines from CA back to our hometown in OR. We had to do the entire process remotely, but Kevin was very proficient and adept at managing the communications and timeline of our transaction. He recorded helpful videos for us to review so that we could learn all we needed to as first-time home buyers. He was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions and was super thoughtful and enthusiastic in welcoming us and congratulating us on our new-to-us home.   Kevin was the loan officer for my wife and I when looking for a home out of state. Kevin was very helpful in navigating the small but important differences of each state we were looking in and the loan options we have. Kevin was also very knowledgeable with VA lending which was a huge help considering that’s seems to be less common. Kevin and his team were very responsive and always on it when we needed those days at pre-approval letters to attach to our 10+ offers over the time of about 6 months.   When recommended by our realtor Kaitlin Hobbs, Kevin was immediately helpful. This is our first home buying experience and we didn't even know where to start. We didn't even know what type of loan to get. Kevin described in detail what the different loan types were, and gave his best incite to help us make a decision. He walked us through the VA loan, which he knows so much about, and guided us down the right path from pre-approval to making an offer. I don't think we could have done this all without his help.   My wife and I were buying a home out of state and Kevin went above and beyond in helping us facilitate our loan and answered any questions that we had. He reached out on many occasions to check on the status of my loan and see how we were doing. If I could give him more stars I would in a heartbeat, but unfortunately google only allows for five. Anyone looking for a quality loan officer who treats you as a friend not just another number then Kevin is your guy.

  Kevin was amazing to work with. I had a terrible experience when I bought my first home and was prepared for a similar experience this time around. However, Kevin made the process so easy. He explained everything clearly and made a point to reach out regularly to check on us.   Kevin was a great loan officer for us. He was personable and attentive, and when we had questions he took the time to walk us through the answers in a way that made sense to a couple of first-time home buyers. He was willing to provide his opinions on our choices, but made it clear that it was most important for us to feel comfortable with our loan and did not pressure us.
