His rates were solid, and customer service throughout closing was impeccable. His team was very professional. Overall, very attentive to his clients.   It was refreshing to work with a professional lender that is very knowledgeable in his craft. My loan amount would have put me into the Jumbo category with a higher interest rate. However, with some creative financing, Kevin was able to avert the Jumbo loan by splitting the amount using both Conventional and HELOC products. Also, communication was on point. I received frequent updates via text which were very useful reminders of what items required my attention. Partnering with Kevin was a rewarding experience and I look forward to working with him again in the near future.
