  I bought a rangefinder today and the owner told me it measured in feet. After getting home and spending an hour looking for pdf instructions and videos on how to switch from meters to feet, it turns out owner was wrong about the product. I asked if I could return it since it didn't measure in feet as described. the owner wouldn't give a refund even though I had only purchased it roughly 2 hours ago. Buyer beware!!!!

  Sean, Sorry you are not happy, BUT I never said it measured in FEET. In fact, you never asked, you just assumed it would. You took the rangefinder out and tested it and said it worked exactly as you needed. I explained I did not have a manual, when you asked. I can understand how you might be disappointed, but NOT BEING HONEST to promote your position is not right. I explained if it did not work properly, we would have accepted the return, no questions asked. But, in fact, it does work properly and you even verified that before purchasing the item.

  Mark was VERY unprofessional. After trying to show respect to him and the business he rudley popped back that his name is mark NOT boss. Try to recognize respect dude. Dont take it out on others because you hate your job and life situation

  They treat you like family and he knows his weapons very well.They treat you like you are a human and respect you . i was in the hospital and could not get in to pay the pawn he had a 1986 basketball set fleer worth alot mike jordans rookie alone was 1000 he gave me a chance to pay with no late fee he is like family to me and i will only trust these people with and pawn issues

  Listen. It is what it is. The place is a pawn shop. But the owner remembered my name, and the circumstances of my pawn. He worked with me till I could reclaim my property and even payed me a little more than he knew was wise to help me out when I pawned it. He has a sense of values, and in a world of scuzzy pawn shops, that's sure something. I hope you never have to pawn something. But if you do, this man will do right by you.

  Terrible place, brought in two very nice graphing calculators and he have 20 for both. Called the other pawn shops and they offered way more. Just a scheme
