  I had Ken for several years , but now I’m changing my policies to someone new , never calls you back , you call them and they have excuses for everything . My brother was recently in a wreck , his car sat on the road for 4 days waiting to be picked up , tow truck finally arrived , State Farm said they had set up to take it to garage , tow truck took us to garage , left us , then the car place told us State Farm never set up arrangemnts , stuck again , called never got a return phone call .

  Ken is a terrific insurance agent! He takes a personal interest in our auto and home policies. He takes good care of me and my family.

  Nothing but excuses and unknown increased rate changes. He doesn't fight for you even after we were with him for more than 15 years! He blames everything on underwriting and his son doesn't help out at all when you call and Ken is not available so don't even think about trying to talk to Kenny. Nothing good to say.

  Extremely careless, over the course of three years they’ve managed to let my insurance policy expire. Twice. Not so much as a call. Excuses abound. No responsibility taken. Very unprofessional, bad business. I would urge to get a quote with AAA Washington in Issaquah. They’re very easy to work with, friendly, and very helpful over the phone. Ask for Sandra.
