  Best financing experience ever. Ken was pleasant to work with and very clear and helpful. Robert, the senior loan coordinator I worked with, was stellar. He was prompt with replies even on weekends or evenings, on top of everything and let me know exactly what’s needed when so there’s no delay and kept me in the loop the whole time. Would work with them again when need arises. Highly recommend.

  Had a loan broker working on our loan for several weeks when it became clear that they would likely not close escrow in time. Called Ken on a Tuesday and closed escrow the following Wednesday! Would have closed sooner, but apparently there are some regulations requiring some time to pass between the Clear to Close and the actual Close of Escrow! He and his team pulled out all of the stops to make sure that we would not lose the home or the loan! Even better, the loan we received had a lower monthly payment and lower cash to close amount than the original broker we were using. Cannot say enough about Ken and his team!
