  Wish moe information would be told on policy for wire transfer. No one told me Saturday that wire transfer would not take place until Tuesday. Absolutely no point in sending money instantly that wont be sent for days. Just lack of communication. That affects me negatively. Could have been avoided thats all. Then when they called to tell me i get slight attitude when i ask questions as to why money never left account Saturday or Monday.

  I love my bank!! I have never been so helped by a bank. I had some one try to use my card at a gas station and it was stopped before the transaction even went through, and even though my card was declined at lunch the next day, all I had to do was go in to the bank and I was given a new debit card immediately. I was even able to apply for a credit card over the phone and have now been successfully building my credit and earning points by using the card. I also love the mobile features. They come in more than handy with keeping track of my purchases and billing. I love my bank!

  Time and time again we have problems with their mortgage dept. they are constantly messing up our escrow account! They add insurance that we don’t need! Every branch tells us they can’t help us. When you call their mortgage department they can’t help you either! We constantly have to fight for our mortgage payment to be fixed! This bank is a complete joke when it comes to a mortgage!

  I recently had situation that required some creative thinking or at least a little compassion . I found neither at the waveland branch where i have two accounts of about 8000.00. I lost my wallet while here and went into the waveland branch where i had personally opened the account two years earlier, knowing since my wife had sent me pics of my last statement, copy of passport,copy of birth certificate, copy of.my Mississippi driver's license. Lifetime mississippi fishing license. I was immediately informed by local "manager" they wouldnt attempt to assit. Never even asked my name. So i am stuck here 800 miles from my home in okla. With over 8000.00 in local bank 2 miles from my Mississippi home. A mississippi resident and voter. But cant get 200.00 to get to okla residence. Not a kiss my a--. Or even cared enough to ask my name. Yes they will see me again shorty, when i withdraw my measly 8000.00 and move it back to okla bank. Since Katrina mississippi has lost her kindness and replaced it with lack of empathy for even their customers with credit rating of over 820. Wake up kessler you are losing your humanity!!

  Hi, Ron. We hate that you encountered this issue at our Waveland branch. Unfortunately, we have very strict policies set in place by the NCUA that are in place to protect your account. We do apologize that that our team did not handle the situation more delicately and have discussed your issue with the branch manager.

  Closes on Christmas Eve at 1 when people don’t get off till 2 or 4. This is ridiculous. Christmas is one thing but Christmas Eve people have checks to cash to buy gifts!

  Hi, Gavin. We're sorry if our holiday hours caused you any problems, we close at 1 p.m. every year on Christmas Eve to give our employees time with their families. We do have overnight dropboxes at most locations for check deposit and we also participate in shared branching with other credit unions so they'll be able to assist if they're still open.

  I love KFCU bank - awesome staff and great rates. Their mortgage department however is not quite at the same level as the rest of Keesler in my mind.

  Had someone wait 2weeks after opening a new account to be able to use their deposited check at time of opening account
