Arcenal 981Just left! Was in line for over 20 minutes!!! Ridiculous they need to hire more competent personnel that know how to get their jobs completed and not chit chat with customers holding up a long line! Zero stars if I could! Awful!

Kelsey Beachner1I have always used Keesler ever since I started using a debit card. But this one absolutely sucks. They are so slow and always only have one teller and other workers are just standing around. They are so rude too. I just needed a new debit card and they made me wait in line, then sit down and wait, then I had to wait in line AGAIN just to pick up a debit card. I dont know why they couldnt just hand it to me but the lady was so rude and told me to wait my turn when all she had to do was hand me the debit card and we both be on our way. I will definitely be using a different bank from now on.

Lindsey Klein1Do not use their ATM!! I deposited cash and now I’m out of $1140!! I tried to deposit $1700 and the atm spit $560 back out and no money got deposited!!! The atm took my money and the bank done absolutely nothing about it! My money is gone! I went inside immediately after the atm stole my money and let them know and they said they couldn’t open the atm until the next day! They said they would call. They did NOT call! It took my husband going in there in person to get any kind of response! And they said the count is right! Which is ABSOLUTE BS!!!! I believe there are some crooked employees working there! Nothing will convince me otherwise until I get my $1140 back!! I am completely distraught over this!!

Justin Mathis1Their ATM will steal your cash and because the ATM company they use is trash, you won't get your money back. I'm out $300 because of it, no telling how many other people it's robbed. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Taylor Mefford1Ridiculously unhelpful. When I questioned them about their reasoning for their policy, they just said that’s their policy. When I fought them on this, they forced me into a managers office and had the security guard follow me around the facility. Will be pulling all of my accounts. Terrible company. Not the first problem I’ve had with them either.

jonathan touchstone2I'm usually not this guy but I stopped in this location as a new member and I am understanding that covid is a thing. My family stopped in this location to pay my new truck note. The security guard told me and my wife that the loan holder could come in when we told him it was in both of our names he basically told us both of us could come In but not my kids. When i asked what i should do with my kids i couldn't leave them alone outside he replied I'm sorry i am limited to how many people I can let in at a time. Which let me say honestly we were the only customers in this location at this time period. I asked how many were allowed in he said only loan holders. I feel even in these current circumstances that this is unacceptable and how can you be a company for families whom families are not welcome. I know time are odd/hard/unsure but come on I can't leave my kids on a sidewalk to pay you my monies. Absurd

Hannah Blackledge1I say if you ever use Keesler credit union never use Hunter there. He’s very unprofessional, so very rude. We asked questions and he would just sit there and not answer typing on his computer. Didn’t speak to us one time except to tell us he needed a certain paper. Trust me.. DO NOT GO THROUGH HIM..
