  I don't think there could be a more business-like yet compassionate person than Kathey Grodi. She goes way beyond her duty to help get you a loan. She is thoroughly versed in her knowledge of every aspect of mortgages. We found her very knowledgeable in helping with reverse mortgages even on a new home.   I don't think I would have my house right now if it weren't for Kathey Grodi and my amazing realtor, Patty Silliman. It is very intimidating for a single mom to buy a house for the first time. Kathey went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner, giving me great advice every step of the way. It is so important to work with someone who is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage industry - one wrong decision, such as applying for an FHA vs. USDA loan could have cost me an extra $50 month for 30 years.   Fast and thorough. As soon as you feed her paperwork for processing a loan shes back for more. If you're like me and want it done yesterday, go with Kathey. When other lenders were offering excuses she found a way to get my refinance done fast. With the way interest rates are being able to strike quickly can be the difference of 10-$20k over a 30 year period. Glad to have used her services.
