  Kevin was absolutely GREAT and did a wonderful job helping me refinance my home. While other lenders said no, Kevin found a way to say YES. He found me such a great deal and a better one than I was original seeking. He maintains constant contact and if any issues arise he informs right away and helps to seek a solution. He was just top notch and the best I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be calling him back in the near future when I look into purchasing another home. 😃

  Got a lot of junk mail from different refi companies and JWH was one of them. Didn't think much of it. Was looking to refi and with the business bank were I have a relationship with. Thought I was going to get good rates since they already know me. Called JWH and David Moore answer. Well the rest is history. He beat the rates and closed on a timely matter.

  Had an amazing experience with Leslie. She worked at the speed of light to get my loan funded. She answered every question I had. The biggest selling point was how she broke down where every dollar was going and provided several refinance options. I highly recommend them.

  These guys are great. They are super professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt like they never asked for anything that didn't make sense. I was simultaneously trying to get my refinance approved with BofA as well. They were pretty good as well but JWH was faster, more sensible and less bureaucratic. Also, they did not require an appraisal which saved me money. B of A did require an appraisal which seemed extraneous as my loan was for roughly 360K and my house is worth 950K. Also given the Covid-19 crisis, to get this loan done in shifting conditions is quite remarkable. Bobby Mir, my loan manager is fantastic.

  I’m glad that my brothers recommended David Moore for my refinance process. He is very knowledgeable and is very helpful. After shopping around, he gave me the lowest rate possible. They were very fast with the process. Thank you David Moore!
