      My husband and I recently worked with Lynne Ruffner to obtain a Commercial Loan through JVB. We discussed our plans and she was very quick to say that she thought this was going to work for us.       8 years ago I had a loan with jvb. It was a vehicle loan, my ex and me ended up splitting and I let her have the vehicle but she quit paying on it and it got repo'd and we still both owed $1,200. Jvb already sent the debt to collections, so they technically got paid. It so happens that my new employer checks come from JVB. Whenever I try to get my payroll check cashed they refuse it and want me to pay on a very old debt. A debt I might add that doesn't show up on my or my ex''s credit report. In lamen''s terms they are trying double dip and reopen a very old case.
