  Judy is the best. I never thought I would want to write a glowing review about a loan agent, but Judy definitely deserves it. I'm a first time home buyer and she was there every step of the way explaining the process and helping me to make the best financial decisions for me. She was also available almost 24/7 which is what you need in this market with crazy deadlines for home offers. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a place!   My fiance and I just closed on the perfect single family home and have financed it from LoanDepot through Judy's help. We cant say enough positive things about working with Judy. From day one to closing she was extremely responsive via email and phone. She has to be the most responsive and patient person on this planet. As first time home buyers this was completely new to us and she patiently went through the whole process, step-by-step, answering all our questions to our satisfaction. She was extremely easy to talk to and explained things in a way that made sense to us and finally got us a great mortgage rate. She also went out of her way to help us during the offer for the house. We definitely believe that her actions and advise were part of what led us to getting our new home. It was an absolute pleasure working with Judy and we would highly highly recommend her!

  Judy has definitely made my life easier in the home buying process. She ensures that we exactly understand all the complicated terms and available options. I learnt a lot during this process. She always takes the calls or ensures to follow up immediately. She does not try to rush calls and sees to it that we are well informed. Within a year after our purchase, she followed up as soon as the rates fell and provided us options to smoothly refinance. Home buying and refinancing are definitely complex processes. It helps a lot when you are working with someone whom you can trust.

  Judy was amazing to work with! We found our dream home and she was able to get us what we needed to make an offer THAT DAY! The entire process with Judy was so quick and we ended up being able to close early. I cant recommend her enough! She was always available to answer any questions we had and always responded SUPER quickly no matter what the time of day was. I cant recommend her enough and will never use anyone else for a mortgage.

  I cannot stress enough how amazing Judy was during our home buying process. She guided us through every step of the way, she was extremely educative and thorough, and she was very pleasant to talk to. Anytime we had a question or started stressing about the the process we would call her. It didn't matter if it was during the daytime, the night or the weekend, Judy was always there for us like she said she would from the beginning.   Where to begin! I cannot say enough about how lovely my husband and I's experience with Judy. She is SO patient with every question and pays attention to every detail. Judy was referred to us by my sister (who also had a wonderful experience) and I couldn't be happier and thankful to have met Judy and worked with her.   Judy helped my mortgage application, from the pre-approval letter to final payment process. She is a five-star mortgage lender! She always responds to my calls and emails so promptly! She is always there whenever I need her, regardless of weekends, early mornings or late nights. She is very patient and explains with lots of details for all my questions about loans, home purchases, and policies! She offers great suggestions or options that I otherwise had no idea, even though this is not my first mortgage application. She treats me like a person rather than a customer.   I cannot say enough nice things about Judy. She was the first person I began the homebuying process with. She sat down with me almost a year before we were ready to buy, to let us know where we stood and what we needed to do to prepare to buy a home. I truly don't think we would be homeowners' without her.
