  This bank is the worse worse bank to have a loan with. I have had a issue with my bill being paid when i have it on automatic. The people that work here are very nice though.

  Always attended to by kind, knowledgeable and professional staff who have helped me with many banking issues over the years. I feel they are a fantastic bank to deal with. I would highly recommend them. Competitive loan rates, check and savings account rate and now expanded hours of business (which was a big help). The only thing I would suggest or point out is that they only offer “1” means of contact and that’s through their central office. When calling the Central office they are expeditious and courteous as well - generally resolving most issues right on the phone with you. If not they call you back. It’s very convenient.

  One of the few banks where you can still go and see an actual teller. They are always friendly and helpful. It's gonna be a shame when Jovia replaces all the people with machines like they are doing at their other branches.

  THIS IS THE NICEST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SMILING AND READY TO ASSIST. I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH A MAJOR BANK AND THE FOLKS AT NEFCU SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME ASSISTING ME TO AN END THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THEY NEVER MADE ME FEEL DISCOURAGED OR THAT THEY WERE ANNOYED IN ANY WAY - THEIR ONLY GOAL WAS TO SATISFY MY NEEDS. I LOVE THIS BANK!!!

  Every time I go to the this Branch I'm greeted by a Friendly hello and a kind and courteous teller! Every personnel at this branch is extremely friendly and helpful!
