  Amazing staff and service . They make sure you’re taken care of no matter who you’re waiting to see. It’s refreshing to have this level of customer service . The head of the branch came out if her office to make sure I was helped !

  I had an amazing experience at this particular location. Everyone of the employees were so pleasant and very helpful. The bank manager Jackie Ramos was simply magnificent. She was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and charming all while being professional. Even though I live closer to other branches, the experience was not quite the same that I had at the New Hyde Park branch. I am definitely always going to go to this branch and I highly recommend it !

  My associate mrs. garcia was amazing! Helpful, precise, and caring! The process for my auto loan was Fast and simple left with a check in under 2 hours! Low rates. Switching from Capitol One to Jovia full time. Great experience

  My Mom used them for her car loan. Mom passed away and we want to turn the car over to them. I went in to meet with Karim Espinoza on Thursday, June 25. She was lovely took copy of death certificate and said she would get back to me with answers by Monday, June 29 the latest. I have been calling and sending emails all week and no response. When you call the main number, call center they are helpless. Please do not use them.
