  Josh and the team at Family First were extremely diligent and helpful. I was looking to purchase my first home and this was all foreign territory to me.   Very reliable. I had a very stressful and complicated sale and purchase. Josh Blair and his team were very patient with me and let me know exactly what they needed, and would remind me if I forgot before it would affect closing. Always where VERY quick to respond to my many questions or concerns I had. I have used him for two mortgages. I don't plan on any more but I know who I would call.
