  I had an amazing experience with Jose. He was always there for any questions I had and would explain things thoroughly. The process itself is long and requires a lot, but Jose made it very easy for us to get things submitted on time and correctly.   It was a pleasure working with Jose. Jose is very professional and proactive during the whole loan process. He kept on top of all paperwork we needed to provide or documents we needed to sign to get this loan processed timely. Jose also informed us of the City of Richmond's Redevelopment Department's delay in providing the signed document to proceed with closing.   Home purchase was a breeze, not my first rodeo. Jose is very knowledgeable, professional and present every step of the way. Always of top of everything.
