  Jennifer and her team are amazing, they were helpful through the entire process and did exactly what they said they would. It had been 15 years since I went through the loan process and they made it so easy. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication to get everything done. The best part was they got it done on time and there was no delays in closing.

  The absolute best loan officer I have ever had had the pleasure of working with. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else ! Jen is capable of literally pulling off some of the most complex deals and cares more about her clients than anyone I know. If you’re not using Jen- you’re making a mistake 10/10

  Jennifer is an expectational professional that knows her stuff without a doubt. She literally stepped in after Bench Mark mortgage company (Mark DO NOT EVER USE THEM) dropped the ball and canceled my loan just 1 week before closing. Not only did she turn around and get the closing back on scheduled, she was able to LOWER MY DOWNPAYENT and cash to close! Couldn't be happier that I was provided her contact information. Jennifer is the cleanup lady and hero! :)

  I started a refi to get out of our construction loan with another bank and nothing was happening… so I called Jennifer and she got us taken care of in less time than the other bank spent working on it with no progress. I appreciate her and her team! Highly recommend!

  Applied for Cash out refi and then they want to take the Cash money to pay off our credit cards NEVER talked to my husband about anything that was going on. Had to send docs in twice because they lost our taxes . They do not keep you in the loop what's going on and if you complain they just cancel your application. Do NOT use this company. Were Not going to pay interest for 30 years to pay off credit cards. Going to stay with Freedom Mortgage !!!!
