  I have been with Jeff Financial ever since it was for Jeff School employees only. I've had nothing but positive experiences there. The only problem I have is the new ATM machine card insert at the expressway branch is too high to reach from a car and I am six feet tall! Other than that, keep up the great work!

  Been a member with them for over 6 years and the last 2 months has been the worst experience I have had with any bank. Absolutely no regard for the fact that I been completely physically cut off from my funds because they took almost two months to give me a new card and now I'm being charged because they are lacking. How can I trust the online app ..if the app isn't updated for 3-4 days !!! It's ridiculous

Moving forward, I would recommend visiting your local branch for a replacement card or contacting our call center (800.259.2471) for additional options.

  This place is a joke!!!! The rudest people that I have ever had to deal with!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this business.

  I’ve been with Jefferson Finacial since I turned 17 years old. I am 31 now and I have to say they are my favorite bank on the westbank/eastbank. 5th District Savings & Loan is my second. I love the tellers & employees. They are genuine and there to take their time with each individual customer. The bank has a family atmosphere which I love! I have not had one issue with Jefferson Finacial Credit Union for 14 years!

  The only branch I have dealt with is the branch on Causeway but google doesn't have that one up yet. Until recently they handled my transactions smoothly. This morning I went in to deposit a check that said my wife and my name on it. The check said pay to the order of: "John and/or Jane Smith". They wouldn't deposit it because my wife hadn't signed it also. That's why the check says "and/or". I explained to the cashier that it was worded that way purposefully so either one of us could make a deposit. I am disappointed with the ineptitude and lack of common knowledge. I will no longer be making deposits with this credit union.

  Every visit has been positive and was completed successfully! Great institution! I’ve had great experiences at these locations: Lapalco, Causeway, Airline, and the Westbank Expressway!

If you are a member, it should not have charged you and I encourage you to speak with the manager at that location to resolve the issue. If you are not a member or part of the shared branching network, then a fee may have been appropriate.

  This bank charges for everything. They charge 5 dollars. For buying something for 301.56 ; and only had 301.53. In check. I got charged 5 dollar to take 03 cents out savings.
