  We used Jeff for our initial mortgage and just finished a refinance using him as well. He and Angelica were responsive and communicated well with us. Everything went off without a hitch!

  My experience with Jeff started out okay-- and ended terribly. I will start at the end and work my way backwards... I was told that at closing, my debts would be paid on my behalf. They were not-- I had to go get the checks and mail them myself, costing me more money. THEN I have to spend time making sure they are delivered and post-- more headache. AND OF COURSE I am being charged late fees because when I wanted to make the payoffs I was advised by Jeff not to do so. Moreover, Jeff was very rude to me when I was asking questions about how things were being paid off. He was not open to my questions, and I had to get information from Angelica. I was contacted by someone higher who apologized on his behalf but even when I let Jeff know about how I perceived his actions as disrespectful, he was too arrogant to apologize. He simply said "Sorry you felt the way you did at the end here - glad to chat about that and clear the air if you want - feel free to call me." There is really nothing to say I have already said to him and again now how I felt disrespected and at that time he had nothing to say. The only reason he even reached out is because of the earlier complaint I sent. I am very disappointed in him and in MM and would not recommend him to anyone if they want to be treated with respect.

  About all my reviews are excellent and 5 Stars. We did our best to treat Tia like all our customers - with respect and professionalism. I am sorry she received things in a different light. We worked hard to get this loan closed and certainly wish Tia well in her new home!
