  Jeff and his team have been my agent for years! They are professional, personable, and reliable. I can depend on Jeff to get the job done! Just within the last year, he has helped me through the process of buying a house and a new car. He was quick to set things up and happy to answer any questions I had about the policies. Jeff makes me feel like I am his number one priority and he does all this with a smile on his face! Would recommend him and the team to all!

  My mom and I have been with Jeff and his team for years! They are always quick to answer the phone and help with any issues we may encounter from changing cars, adding additional insureds, or claims. Everyone in his office is a delight! They are always letting us know of ways to save while maintaining good coverage. Rates are great! I recently moved to Atlanta so I had to transfer to a Georgia State Farm Auto policy with a PA home policy but Jeff and his team made the transition process seamless. If i lived in PA I would without a doubt use the Jeff Brady office!

  Jeff Brady and his team have been a complete pleasure and easy to deal with. They have a perfect blend of old school customer service while utilizing modern technology to handle any and all claims should anything unfortunate happen. My wife and I have been State Farm clients for over 30 years and have never, ever let us down. Their service is so good, we have never "shopped" rates looking for a better deal and have no need to.   Jeff Brady State Farm Insurance has easily been our favorite insurance provider over the years. When you work with a group as established and secure in the community as Jeff and his team, you have the peace of mind knowing that your best interests are always on the forefront. In today's world where there are hundreds of different options all trying to "save you money," it's easy to overlook that having an accessible and personable agent is, and always should be, the #1 priority.   When I moved to Harrison City 23 years ago, I visited with Jeff Brady and realized he was a top State Farm agent with great customer service. He has demonstrated that to me multiple times over the years. When I moved out of the area 7 years ago, I kept Jeff as my agent because he still gives me the best customer service. Also, I see all of these ads for other insurance companies, but State Farm continues to give me the best price for what I need. I have "bundled" my home and car insurance for years with State Farm and have saved a lot of money doing so. If you need any kind of insurance, just call Jeff Brady.

  Jeff and the team are absolutely amazing! They always are willing to take time out of their busy days to treat me as if I was their only customer. I have been with State Farm since I was 16years old and I am now 41. I truly have stayed, because of Jeff Brady and the wonderful staff at his office.

  I have had Statefarm insurance now for I believe 3+yes with Jeff Brady's team. I love them! They are very helpful and informative. I had statefarm some years back and enjoyed them then as well! Jeff and his staff are wonderful people and work well when it comes to getting insurance information and opening up an account!! Well worth the phone call!

  I have nothing but the best things to say about Jeff Brady’s State Farm insurance office. I have had renters’ and automobile insurance with this group and always been met with a friendly, responsive customer service team. Philly street parking isn’t always the kindest to your car, but any time I’ve had any issues (which have included broken windows and catalytic converter theft), Jeff’s team has supported me and helped me resolve them quickly and cost effectively.
