  JD is seriously the most patient and down to earth person to work with. I was a nervous hot mess this entire process. He was kind and eased my concerns. He explains everything thoroughly in terms a first time homebuyer can understand. I can't recommend him enough and if I ever buy another house, I would use no one else! Thanks again JD!   Guaranteed Rate with JD Terry and his team made my home purchase experience easy, prompt and efficient. I was introduced to Guaranteed Rate by the Real Estate Broker and I had no knowledge of the particulars of a home purchase in North Carolina, my wife and I having lived our entire lives in New York. Our entire transaction was handled at long distance. All my wife and I did was view the home in NC then return home to New York and complete the transaction from 1000 miles away. JD Terry and his team facilitated the online application process, the submission of documents, the approval of financing, the acquisition of a Law Firm for closing, information on insurance brokers and so forth. I should also mention the assistance of Suzanne Polino at ASAP Realty who was also critically helpful and a pleasure to deal with.   We purchased our first home 30 plus years ago, so applying for a loan now was alot different. Also it was for a vacation home out of state. JD told us if we ever had any questions for him, not to hesitate to call. He either answered the phone or got back to us in a very short time.   From the first contact through closing, JD and his team provided outstanding communication regarding every detail of our refi process. Although the paperwork was securely completed on line, JD and his team members were also readily available by phone and email to answer any questions.
