  I want to give praise, where praise is deserved! Jason and Jennifer Brooks were completely amazing! This was my second time using them, and they exceeded expectations. My boss hooked me up with First Citizen Bank and it took them over 120 days and I still had not closed!! They refunded my money so that I could let Jason and Jennifer work their magic, that I should have let them do from the get go. Let’s not forget Michelle Neptune, she held the glue together as well. She was always there to answer all of my silly questions at any time. This team is incredible at their job! They deserve recognition in the highest! I have already referred one person who has begun the process of using them as well! I will be referring every single person I know that needs mortgage services! A++++
