  I am closing my account immediately. If I could give no stars I would. They never answer the phone and so unprofessional. I attempted to finance my car with them, but the loan officer did not answer the phone so I could give her info on the car I selected to process the auto loan. I will never recommend this credit union.

  If I could give this review a negative 5 star I would. For starters the tellers are rude. It’s always a problem when I go up there. When I tell them I want something done they do what they want to do and get mad at you because they weren’t listening. I’ve filled out an address change request form twice and got charged because someone up there isn’t doing their job. One time I went they put my money in someone else account. It’s been numerous occasions where I’ve had a problem with this credit union if you could save yourself money and time please do because this place isn’t worth investing in!

  I hate how they do things with my other credit union I can tell when am get a deposit in my account they need to get with the program and they super slow

  I love my credit union been a member since the 80's great benefits and customer service and outstanding professionalism. Interest rates always better than banks. They love to say yes to your financial needs when others say no and always ready to help you fix your financial concerns when they can't say yes to your needs so they can say yes. This is the number one credit union. Fast service so you won't stand in lines for long periods of your time. Great place to be a member. So stop by to join. It's family friendly also.

  Horrible they never pick up the phone you have to constantly call back to back just to get someone to answer and then one lady always has an attitude with everyone when I go there like if you don’t like your job then ma’am please go work somewhere else I recently switched banks cause of the horrible customer service from them I will never go back to them

  Might sound strange to say this about a bank / credit union, but it's a pleasure to go here. They are all very nice, even with long lines it's never more than five minutes to get through, and they have always been understanding when there were particular issues. I'm really happy to be a customer and would recommend this institution to anyone in Jackson.

  I feel that the employees that call are rude and unprofessional. There tone is ALWAYS quite pessimistic or angry and their approach to settle important issues is insurmountable. I have been a customer for over ten yeas. I was humiliated! JAFCU DOES NOT APPRECIATE NOR VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

  I been banking here since I was 18 . Most of the employees know me by face and name .I got my first car finance and I bought here at a affordable price. They always treat me with upmost respect and I love the customer service
