  I recently went here with some old, mainly costume, jewelry. The staff was EXTREMELY pleasant and easy to work with. They created a comfortable environment, along with some quality humor. I've recommended this shop to friends and will return with anything else i have to sell.

  Stephanie and Roberto are simply amazing! This is by far the best service I have experienced. I was very nervous and uneasy and they made everything so simple and easy. I would recommend them to everybody and anybody the are very fair which is so hard to find these days! I wish I coukd give more stats!

  Went in to sell a a diamond ring and not only did I get a fair deal, I also got a lesson on diamonds.Daniel thoroughly explained to us what our diamond was worth, and what the jewelers look for. I recommend anyone looking for a great deal on their stuff, or looking to buy great stuff, to check J & S first.

  Amazing! I went there today looking for 120 bucks for a bike and some old Nintendo things. We go through everything and I end up getting 185 out of the deal! It was a great day for me and the service and the people there were great as well!

  They had a clarinet I needed for my daughter's audition. They sent a guy to the post office that day, expressed mailed it, I got it in 2 days!!!! Fantastic customer service. I can't say thank you enough!!!!

  Excellent customer service, and you can tell they really care about the customer. Other gold/loan places don't compare to the overall level of professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness these guys showed when we were there. This will be the only place we go to exchange!

  Not only did I THINK I got ripped off on my Xbox one which I got 110 for, and that was with the Kinect and the controller also, but when I went to sell my 1,200$ camera there I KNEW for sure I got ripped off before, because I was offered 60$ for something I was able to sell for almost 800$ on my own. How can an Xbox be worth almost 400 and I got 110 for it, yet something worth 1,200 and still is worth that much, I was offered 60$ for? And they are super sexist. If a girl walks in they make you go to the girl, because they somehow think that will help them get better prices. And the girls there are all just trying to prove themselves and yet they can't even make a sale because they have no clue what they are doing, and act super rude when they know they are ripping you off. I swear the reviews on this place saying it's good must be a lie, because it most definitely isn't.
