  Blaze and the entire team at Island Pacific Mortgage were amazing! Blaze was so knowledgeable and respectful. We're a local family and Blaze helped us to make our dreams of owning a home a reality, he made the process so smooth and it all worked out wonderful! We're an average family and I guess you could say we were in the gray area when it came to getting a mortgage but that didn't stop Blaze!

  Back in 2014, Ann helped us with our construction loan and did a great job. Then recently, we decided to refinance our mortgage to take cash out in order to purchase an investment property so we called Island Pacific Mortgage to help with the refinance. Great communication since day 1, great mortgage options found for us, and very kind and wise in the whole process. It made our home purchase so smooth.
