  Warning ,your information is not safe with this bank .Applied for a vehicle loan,was rejected ,and the loan manager was great showed us the vehicle was priced too high, However, when we found the. Deal of dreams that fit the requirements, the man told us he could use our previous loan application, we were asked to get the out the door price ,we did didn't hear from him for two days ,we called was told it was a new policy that much money had to be approved by someone above him ,never heard from the man again, but now another member of ipava state bank is driving the vehicle beware of this bank they possess no integrity I've called Lewistown branch and other tried to talk with President s and ceo of the bank , surprisingly, Noone is available and no returned calls

  I was looking up phone number to call about my loan and was shocked at the reviews so feel compelled to post my own experience; I feel ISB is an awesome local bank. They offer all the major bank services with the hometown treatment of being one of their own neighbors. I've had 3 loans on everything from personal to mortgage to new business and have never had an issue with paperwork, call-back, etc. I was a new customer when they helped me start new business bc I/it was part of the community of Canton. Everyone from the tellers all the way to the top management has been more than helpful and kind. I realize everyone has their own perceptions and experiences but if you're looking for a local bank, please give ISB and staff a chance to prove that they are worth it and hope Your experience is as great as mine have been!

  Looking to get a construction loan. We go through all the paperwork they gave us and when it comes time to meet with the person to go through the process of getting approved they never return our call. We call everyday and the lady is either never in the office or doesn’t answer the phone so we have left 4 different messages and still no returned calls several days later. We will not be customers of theirs ever.

  The canton facility is awful! Very rude, racist. Wouldn’t cash a money order & we have been banking with them for 2+ years. Would not recommend the canton facility at all! Washington bank is the best one.. Kim is rude & disrespectful should not be working there at all
