      Called these people 4/2/19 seemed like a "good" company I sent them two properties to look at. 2 weeks later on 4/18 i get to the closing for the first property and they had changed all of their fees. When I called them they kept giving me the run around and transferring me to different people, trying to justify why the point and fees were now double. According to the title company closer this company is know to do this to their client. I lost over 10 grand because of these people. Also after reviewing loan documents i noticed several additional fees they were going to tag on 30 days into the loan which they failed to mention. I would never recommend these people I wish I could give them negative stars. A loss like this could make or break someone. Its sad.
