  I’ve banked with IUFCU for 25 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve actually had the opportunity to meet associates in multiple branches; Jesup, Baxley and Hazelhurst GA. I encourage all IUFCU members to give their own encouragement to family and friends because IUFCU is a great place for all banking needs.

  Well i took my daughter out for her bday plenty of money in my account had to call bank twice to up my limit on my withdrawl....like i said plenty of money to go out with my kids come to find out i wouldn't even be able to put gas in my car ...my daughter said she didnt feel comfortable so she went back Nc with my ex. I dont understand why i cant just use my money ..regulating my money isnt the banks job i cried my daughter was so disappointed ..an yes i walked to a gas station yes she sat in a car on side road because i got regulated on my money Im 48 year old veteran dont need regulating ....ruining my daughters 18th bday unforgettable 😤

  The people are excellent. However the banking app is sub par at best. I do believe.in security but if you get forget your password you get one chance to reset it or you have to call the bank. The questions they give you to remember aren't something relevant for me to think about with banking. You cant take care of the bill pay side without leaving the app you logged into. Whomever is in charge should get customer input.

  I needed a way to help my elderly mom in cases of emergency. She is not very comfortable with banking and paperwork. Faye Dixon walked us through the process step by step and helped us set up just what we needed. Her caring and compassionate spirit was just what we needed for a delicate situation. She still answers questions whenever we call, even though she is not at the branch my mother uses. Kudos!!!

  I have accounts at 4 banks/credit unions in Jesup. I use them for both personal and business. I have found the staff at Interstate to be both professional and personable. Having looked at some of the negative reviews, I would like to remind the reviews it is not the fault of the Credit Union but rather due deligence to abide by the current Federal Regulations.

  I'm tired of my debit card getting locked out due to their fraud detection center while trying to make a purchase while this nice feature has left me with no money access while on the road and having to find a place to have money wired to me while my paycheck sits in this bank ohh and to get to actually speak to a live representative good luck with that

  People are so nice. It is very easy to do business with them. They let you know they are there for you. We moved to town about 3 yrs ago and I have never regreted my decision to go with Interstate.

  Do yourself a favor and go use PrimeSouth bank. Interstate credit union is by far one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with.

  Went in to open a small business account. I live in Jesup but do not do much business here and this a prime example why I don't. My business is mobile and based in Macon but I live in Jesup so this is where I want my banking branch to be. I had all required documentation and it was scrutinized and questioned as if I was trying to commit some type of fraud. After being gone with my documents for 5 minutes the account manager came back questioning my business address and then proceeding to tell me about all of the restrictions that would be on my account instead of the BENIFITS. I listed to the insult and as she began to go into her computer to open my account I politely gathered my paperwork and told her I would be joining another branch. It will more than likely be in Macon. I've been in business for 7 years and have dealt with several banks. This was by far the worst demonstration of "Why you should chose us" ive ever gotten. So of you are a resident of Jesup, GA and wonder why new business isn't interested in engagement I present to you Exhibit A.
