Dan Egbert1They harvest home owner information and then send misleading advertisements by mail that use fear ("Your home loan has been flagged", "It is important you contact us", "Offer Expires") to trick people into giving them money. Please don't deal with a company that resorts to these tactics.

Luis Rodriguez Jr2I would like to say I have been awaiting to close on my house now for a cpl of weeks. Granted not everthing goes according to plan at first but knowing my lender, agents and everyone involved in the process WAS working diligently to get me where I need to be started off great. Until now. 2 appraisels, 1 inspection report and now needing another roof inspection( done) and a 3rd appraisal. Now I am about to lose the house since the closing date has been pushed back due to my lender. I ask, " are you really working for me or to fill up your pockets with deals you know are certain?" To me. it seems like I am a forgotten soul in another state at the mercy of my lender. My biggest mistake thru this process is not having a backup lender and now I am going to lose my earnest money. Thanks JIngsmortgageteam! If we close and I get the house, I'll consider changing my 2 stars to possibly 4. Ball's on your court

4WARD Events1This is one of the worst companies I've worked with doing a REFI & VA IRRL, I've only been trying to close since DEC 2020 going on 7 months later with over an 800 FICO score, finances in order. Two properties in question... Two FAILED Results... Steer clear of this company and any of their associates. I will be making a complaint with the BBB and Real Estate Commision. Terrible!!!! and I have receipts... TRY ME

Richard Mondello1Very unprofessional staff company no one ever answers the phone on hold for long extended periods of time. Voice mail boxes full after the answering message states to leave a message. Also cannot register payments I have 2 months canceled checks by Intercontinental Capital Group and receive voice message calls stating my mortgage has not been paid. By all means avoid this company as their staff is extremely rude and uneducated. I have to give one star to make this post stick other this company should be be in operation. I have had mortgages for over 40 years with several companies this is the worst and should be out of business. Next move to to report BBB.

Andrew Jacobsen1If i could give 0 stars i would. This company is the most unethical I've dealt with. They are the the used car finance people of mortgages. I was quoted a rate over the phone and no points were discussed. When they sent out the loan estimate no points were discussed. When time to close comes there is $2500 cost above their estimate. The only way they could drop the cash to close was to raise my rate.🤦♀️ please do business with these people if you enjoy being lied to repeatedly. *edit* owner of icg how would you like me to reach out to you? Or since you have my loan file and my contact info would you like to contact me? **2nd edit - the reason you see a higher cost vs lower cost loan estimates is because your loan officer decided to quote me a rate without telling me there were points. PERIOD. I had a different loan estimates from him, his manager and a closer in your company. Each one had different cash to close amounts and i questioned each one with your company we all have email correspondence to verify. When the final cash to close came out it was about $2500 more than your loan officer told me over the phone. When that happened your loan officer and his manager decided to quote a slightly higher rate with lower cash to close and delayed the process by 3 weeks. All because of your companys or loan officers greed i dont really know. That happened because a simple requirement of my refi was unknown to your employees. Just an FYI one of your competitors has ALL of the requirements to refinance on their website and none of your employees i dealt with had any idea what they were. If they had known their job they wouldnt have wasted their time trying to pack my loan with extra costs or my countless hours providing paperwork on top of paperwork. Their loan estimates prove it. They were too busy trying to get money in under the refi. Please reach out to me to discuss if you want. But i doubt you will.

I believe I have located your loan file and the information I am seeing suggests a revised loan estimate with lower closing costs versus higher. In the meantime I will provide this feedback to the loan officer and the manager to make sure if we made a mistake that we resolve it for the future.

Russ Huffman2The people seem nice, but the phone system is terrible. I was on hold for 10 minutes AFTER being told my estimated wait time was "half a minute." I decided to take advantage of the option to have an agent call me when they were available, and was called back by the automated system after about a minute and immediately placed on hold, then again offered the option to receive a call from the next available agent. I did this again, was called back again after about a minute, and again immediately placed on hold. Eventually I was asked to leave a voicemail, but with no info about who I was leaving it for or what info to leave for them.
