  Steve & April made our Refi happen from start to approved in under 48 hours. Closing was even easier, they sent a professional notary to our house to sign everything. These results are amazing if you consider we initiated the same Refi 60 days ago with a local Refi company and they said app timed out we need to start over. I don’t want to name names but it’s an American Company Financing I’m Denver Metro 😳 Thanks to Locked on Steelers pod cast , I hear about 5 Star Steve Carter. They are the best by far. Not kidding

  Jenna recently helped my husband and myself refinance our mortgage. Jena and her team were amazing through this process. We changed our mind on what we wanted towards the end and Jena was great with helping with those changes. She really went above and beyond and made this process so easy.   The industry only needs one mortgage lender and that person is Guy Hassell. We have used Guy on two loans, one for our first build, and the second for a refi on our second home. He is highly knowledgeable, extremely responsive even when he's on vacation (which I told him to call me when he got back), and he said, "Oh it's no problem. Text me over these details and I'll get working on it." You'll never feel like you're an inconvenience working with Guy. He's very thorough at providing multiple options so you are informed at knowing what is best for you. He and Wendy always make every transaction as smooth as possible. Working in real estate, when asked for a referral, Guy is the #1 recommendation, as he should be.

  If I could give a 100 star review I would! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with our loan officer Rachel Poll. Not only was she just absolutely awesome to us, she was so extremely patient & kind in every single conversation we had. She made sure that we understood every single aspect & process of getting a loan for our new house. We knew from the very first time meeting her that we could 100% trust her & knew she would do everything in our very best interest. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and smart & hard working. Rachel was highly organized & thorough, she was professional, prompt, & courteous. She treated us as her own family rather than just home loan customers. We put our trust in her and she 100% came through for us. She listened to exactly what we wanted & needed and also gave us the correct advice that resulted in getting exactly what we wanted & needed.
