  Integrity Mortgage made it SO easy! Chad was wonderful! Buying a house can be intimidating and being a first time home buyer as a single mother was a little unnerving. Chad was very helpful in explaining everything during the home buying process and was always available to answer all of my questions. He definitely has gone above and beyond in helping me with the entire process! I would highly recommend him!

  Dennis is amazing. We wouldn't have our home if it wasn't for him and our realtor both working for us and our best interests. I never expected such personal service-and Dennis was there for me every step of the way at any time. Who knew how critical it is having someone that knows their stuff and brings reputation to the name integrity mortgage. All in all, the thing I like the most is how transparent he was-if you appreciate honesty and helping talk cost, he knows his stuff and will give you the real honest truth to make informed decisions.

  As first time home buyers, we had so much to learn! Dennis Gary was available 24/7 for any questions that we had along the way. In our first meeting he took the time to explain everything we had questions about to us in addition to making us feel very comfortable with the process! When we found a home and it came time to offer, he had updated approval letters delivered in minutes multiple times. When we finally found our home and it was time to close, Dennis came to the closing and was there to help explain all the forms we were signing to us. I could not possibly recommend him more! Dennis’s services left us informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the whole process. He treated us like his family. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating!

  This was my third home purchase and my first to use Chad with Integrity Mortgage. We needed to close in record time and Chad made it happen without a single issue. He is by far the best I have worked with yet. I highly recommend him and will be using him myself for any future purchases.

  I seriously wish I had enough money to buy a second house so that I could use Integrity Mortgage again. I recommend them to any friends who are looking to buy. My wife and I had the privilege to work with Dennis Gary, and he was phenomenal. He worked very closely with our realtor, and even called the seller's realtor at 10pm on a Sunday night to vouch for us, effectively helping us to win the bidding. On top of that, he came to our closing, which NEVER happens in this industry. When searching for a home, you need a loan officer who is on your side and is responsive, so that you can act quickly. We found the people at Integrity to be excellent communicators who will go out of their way to ensure a smooth experience, especially if you are a first time home buyer. Seriously, seriously, seriously, a thousand times, use these people. I promise you, you will not regret it. I promise I'm not getting paid, haha! They are simply amazing, and I cannot stop raving to my friends and family. My wife and I bought our first home recently and had a ton of anxiety, so the friendly and transparent experience we had made our first home purchase experience the best it could have been.

  Working with Glenn was such a great experience! I contacted him on 2/25 and I closed on my property 3/23...granted my situation was very different than most he was extremely attentive and very eager to help me check the last box for my divorce!
