      Why is zero not an option? My experience here was horrible. There were two workers there one of which shouldn't be working there at all. Started a transaction on the mobile app to finish at the location. The store was empty. She looked at me blankly and said they don't do that there. I stepped off to the side to look back at my mobile app to check again for the participating locations since I know well that not everywhere does it. It app showed this location but maybe it's wrong I thought to myself. Before I left I asked the other worker just to be sure. Now there's a long line. The other worker sitting next to her says yes. And started the simple transcation. Customers behind were obviously upset, but at me. Overall I had a terrible time just trying to send money. Ensure associates know the service that the company offeres to prevent these issues. It will save time for everyone. I can't say I will go back, there's another one by stop and shop and they will be getting my money. It's not like I'm sending this for free. Its absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We trust you with our money, you should know what your doing.

      -5 stars, not even 0 is this place worth. Worst customer service and the rudest guy who thinks he’s president of the checking cashing industry. Well let me tell you sitting fat with a bald spot means your nothing. I bought a money order and tried to return it same day as I don’t need it anymore. Long story short I got my money back but will never return to this location again. Use the Stop and Shop up the block.

      3 because at the time I went there it was only 1 rep and the line kept growing. Other than that it's cool rep was respectable, pleasant, professional.

      I like this place a lot of pretty tellers work here and they are very nice. Even though it's usually crowded I'm not in there too long.
