  The refinance that I did was a very smooth process. I was told what all was needed and after each step there was a short video showing what the next process was. I was always kept well informed and it was very pleasant to work with the ladies to get this completed. I was shocked at how easy it was and how smoothly it ran!   Our experience with Cindy was top notch from start to finish. Her communication was excellent and she was extremely professional. We purchased the home out of state and she was was always available day or night to answer any questions. I highly recommend her to anyone that is buying a home.
