  I had a client who needed a local lender. He was originally pre-approved with a national lender. I had worked with Cate before and was very impressed with how she handled a past client so I called her and asked her if she would take on this client quickly since wanted to write an offer as soon as possible. Cate did not disappoint. She responded immediately and saw the transaction through to the end so that we had a successful closing. I would recommend Cate again and again!

  Mike Fittante is amazing! As first time buyers, we were pretty clueless about the entire process. Mike took the time to explain everything in a way we understood. Helped in retrieving all the documents and how to send them. Mike even went out of his way to call a contractor for a minor repair when we were unable to find one within a quick timeframe. Highly recommend!!!!

  Meeting Jim on the very first day was great! He didn't dance around some of the questions that we had being a first time home-buyer, like some of the other banks we sat down with previously, which made us more comfortable to sit and talk business. We closed almost 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. We would recommend him and his team to any new home buyer!

  I purchased my first home two years ago and I went to Jim when I decided to do so. He was incredibly helpful every step of the way. There was a lot that I needed to learn during the entire process and he was always there to answer any questions that I had. He explained things to me when I asked questions and made sure I understood what he was telling me.   Mike and Tracy worked hard and compassionately with a 69 year old first time buyer who really didn't know this process. They watched out for issues as well as pointing out the great things! They helped the whole way especially when I didn't understand or there was an issue. My daughter says she would buy a house anytime from Mike and Dan Buckley and we will tell our friends!!
