  I'm an IFCU member and love it! The people are so friendly! Ashley Allen helped me with my loan and she was fantastic! I've also worked with Jennifer Dubree on supplies ordering and she is a great! If you want to work with friendly people and avoid the high fees of other banks check out IFCU!

  I love banking with these guys, but I wouldn't bother trying to get a loan here even if you have great credit. You will most likely get the runaround like I did and completely waste your time.

  Every time I either go in person or speak to someone on the phone they are so discourteous. I waited for over 20 minutes at the drive up teller and had to turn my car off. They are nice when you go to sign up, but once they’ve sucked you in they’re just rude and impolite. I switched over from Purdue Federal Credit Union because a friend of mine who works there recommended it, but I cannot wait to switch back. Not worth the hassle and time.

  My debit card expired at the end of January. They mailed my new card out and said its on the way. It is 2/72020. Seven days after my card has expired I still have not gotten my card. I went to get a new one at the main branch. Tracy Medley couldn't explain why they waited so late to mail it out. He got aggravated and closed his eyes when i asked a question of why I'm paying $8.00 for a new card. He said becuase its mailed out now. So because they mailed it late and my card is expired and I need a card I had to pay the $8.00. Funny thing he said was when you recieve the card we mailed out cut it up its not good. Hey thanks Ifcu for letting me be without a card and then charging me for a new one because you mailed it out late.. The gentleman I worked with needs to show a bit of empathy with better customer service.

  You'll sit in their call waiting for an hour be told that the person you've been trying to get ahold of for months isn't there right now and they'll call you back, but you'll never get that call. I've tried getting ahold of shelly once or twice a week for 4 months without a single call back.

  Been coming here for awhile. My wife and I have had MANY loans from here and Paid off all of the. Tried to get a loan today because our central air unit had stopped working and we have a baby in the house. Well, after they ran our credit, we got denied. Reason, too much new credit. REALLY?! All I have done is refi. My home for a better rate. That's too much new credit? When we needed them the most, they turned their backs on us. Thought credit unions was for the members? I call bull! I did have this as a 3 star. That was being too nice since there is a baby in the house. Pretty big deal since ALL I did was refi. and pay off debt. Therefore, didn't take on debt but, got rid of some.

  Bait and switched with interest rates, loan officer, Alice, as an example, told us 2.99 apr, and we received 3.24 apr. Poor business ethics, when I talked to Alexis from the bank, she stated, “ this is our practice, all the time.”

  I’ve called multiple times multiple days and nobody picks up the phone. I don’t trust them with my money if they can’t pick up a simple phone. Smh...
